Terms of Service

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Welcome to Rushmore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tryrushmore.com (the "Site"), operated by Rushmore ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Rushmore is (and isn't)

Rushmore is a consumer brand and website that provides health information and, when services launch, will connect visitors to independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies through a telehealth platform. Rushmore is not a medical practice, does not employ physicians, and does not itself provide medical care, prescriptions, or pharmacy services. All medical evaluations are performed by independent licensed providers, and all medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies, each responsible for their own services.

2. No medical advice

Content on this Site — including blog articles, product descriptions, and FAQs — is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Prescription products

Prescription medications referenced on this Site are available only if prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider after an appropriate telehealth consultation. There is no guarantee that you will be prescribed any medication; that decision belongs solely to the provider. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Accounts, orders, and payment

When purchasing becomes available, additional terms will apply at checkout, including subscription, billing, refund, and cancellation terms, which will be presented before you buy. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to keep it current.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at disruptive volume, misrepresenting your identity or health information, or using the Site in violation of any law.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Rushmore name, logo, text, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate services operated by third parties (including telehealth platforms, providers, and pharmacies). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushmore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms: support@tryrushmore.com.

These Terms apply to the Site. Telehealth services, when available, are provided by independent licensed providers under separate terms and consents presented during the visit process.
